HIRING FOR US NON IT RECRUITERS

Cogent Infotech is hiring for the position of US Non IT recruiter.
Experience criteria:
US IT Recruiter-6 Months – 2 Year
Must- worked on W2 requirements (NON IT), MSP Clients
Job Timing. EST (06:30 PM to 03:30 AM) 5 days working
*Full-cycle recruitment and area staffing strategy responsibilities.
*Experience working on direct clients /MSP.
*Position postings, direct sourcing/cold calling, sourcing from resume databases, creative idea generation, etc.
*Utilize various job boards: Job Diva, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice etc.
*Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates
*Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.
