Job Description for Senior Accountant
Location: Kurla west
Salary:30-40k
Experience: Min 4 years experience in the field of Accounts (should have worked in a
CAs office before)
Qualification: CA (IPCC) / M. Com / B. Com
Software: Must know Tally, Excel and Word
1. Prepare and file GST returns for all internal companies
2. Prepare and file TDS returns for all internal companies as well as clients
3. Maintaining various vouchers and excel sheets
4. Conduct year-end close process
5. Collect, analyze and summarize account information
6. Maintaining regular books of accounts
7. Handle Auditing of Books of Accounts with External Auditor
8. Computing taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc
9. Generating and develop periodic MIS reports for Management, Taxation, GST and other
regulations
10. Preparing Budgets and Financial Forecasts
11. Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups
12. Follow up with clients for reimbursement of out of pocket expenses
For senior accountant want a person with extensive experience in GST specially and TDS returns. CA intermediate pass would be a plus, but not necessary. Do not want candidates still appearing for CA Final.
